Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (most notably GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contact with us
When you contact us using the form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We, of course, do not pass on these data without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of a simpler shopping process and for later contract processing, the IP address, name, address and, if applicable, payment data are stored. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of a possible transfer of the payment data to the settling banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipment company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
After the shopping process is canceled, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years) when physical goods are purchased. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR. When using cloud services, the relevant order processing contract applies.
